 The Scope of Appointment is a form that clearly outlines what topics will be discussed during a Medicare appointment. It protects beneficiaries from high-pressure tactics and ensures that the conversation stays focused on what you agreed to talk about—nothing more, nothing less.  

There is currently a 48 hour waiting period from the signed form to being able to enroll in a Medicare Advantage Plan. That requirement is removed in 2027.
